Dale B. Stinson, Jr. is co-founder of Stinson, Lasswell & Wilson, L.C. A native of Emporia, and a life-long resident of Kansas, Dale received a B.A. from Emporia State University in 1948,andobtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1951. Before his retirement, Dale practiced in the areas of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Conservatorship/Guardianship, and Corporate Creation.
