Jennifer L. Stultz is an attorney and member with the firm. She was born in El Dorado, Kansas, and was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1995. She received a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University in 1991 and her law degree from Washburn University School of Law (J.D., Dean’s Honors, 1995).
Her practice areas include estate and trust planning, charitable planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships and tax planning.
She was appointed and served as a member of the Probate Advisory Committee for the Kansas Judicial Council for several years and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Sedgwick County Law Library. She is a member of the Kansas (Real Estate Property and Probate Committee member) Bar Association and the Wichita Bar Association (past chair of the Probate Practice Committee).
Ms. Stultz serves on the Wichita State University Foundation's Planned Giving Council and has also been a member of the Wichita Estate Planning Forum and the Wichita Estate Planning Council. She has served as an advisory board member for the ARC’s Guardianship Assistance Program and supported this program as a pro bono attorney for several years.
Ms. Stultz is a frequent speaker and teacher of estate planning and financial planning topics. She has previously served on the estate planning nationwide attorney networks for financial services providers. She was selected one of the Wichita Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2000.
Adding to her practice area experience, Ms. Stultz was Executive Vice President for The Commerce Trust Company, a division of Commerce Bank, N.A. and served as a Senior Trust Officer from 2003 to 2007.
Her civic activities include, or have included, board of directors positions and volunteer hours for Music Theatre for Young People, Music Theatre of Wichita, the Junior League of Wichita, Girl Scouts of the Golden Plains, the Kansas Humane Society, and the Western Division of the March of Dimes.
